Whether you're naturally flexible or not, this practice boosts control, confidence, and ease in your body. Designed for rope enthusiasts, this class helps prevent injuries and speeds up recovery. Hypermobile folks will build stability at their end-range, while others will gain flexibility fast, sometimes in just one session. You’ll explore movements on the floor (kneeling, on your back, sitting etc.) with a focus on shoulders, hips, and spine mobility. Modifications are offered, but you should be able to move between positions independently. Stronger, safer, more fluid - let’s get you moving.
